Enjoy guided excursion to the majestic Amber Fort, the old erstwhile capital of the Kachwahas Rajputs. This is the only fort where one can still climb from the foothill of the fortress till the top riding on the back of a painted elephant passing through the ancient main gate where Maharaja’s of Jaipur have entered for over four hundred years. Enthrall yourself in the architectural masterpiece with its mirror-studded alcoves, dazzling mosaics and water-cooled swings. Its forbidding exterior belies an inner paradise where a beautiful fusion of Mughal and Hindu styles find its ultimate expression. Amber Fort is the classic and romantic fort palace with a magnificent aura.
After the Amber Fort visit continue with your sightseeing tour of the “Pink city” and visit Jantar Mantar the largest and best preserved 18th Century stone observatory and its aim was to verify astronomical observations and to generate interest among the public about astronomy, The City Palace which is still home of the former royalty housing an extensive collection of art, carpets and old weapons, it is designed with the combination of the Rajasthani and Mughal architecture and make a photo stop at Hawa Mahal, an example of the architectural magnificence prevalent in that period and is a signature building of Jaipur.
Evening we proceed on a tour to local markets. Here we will witness the locals shopping around. Most of the local market shops does not have fixed price and you have to bargain hard to buy the items of your likes at your price. This is the most exciting part of shopping here.

After breakfast check out and travel to Agra. Enroute visit Fatehpur Sikri, the old deserted capital of the Mughal Empire. The major tourist attractions hereinclude Buland Darwaza, Palace of Jodha Bai, Birbal Bhawan, Panch Mahal and the Jama Masjid.
Later resume drive to Agra. On reaching Agra, check into hotel and stay overnight. (B)
Sunrise visit Taj Mahal – built by the Mughal Emperor Shah Jehan in 1630 AD for his queen Mumtaz Mahal to enshrine her mortal remains. It’s a poem written in white marble, the most extravagant monument ever built for love.
After visit return back to hotel for breakfast followed by visit to Agra Fort – a visit to the fort in ‘Agra’ is must since so many of the events which lead to the construction of the Taj took place here and the tomb of Itmad-Ud-Daula built by Empress Noor Jehan in memory of her father.
